We work with Stripe to manage your subscriptions and billing.
If you are an existing customer with us you will have received a link to your Stripe account in an email from us when you purchased your product(s). You can either use that link in the email or click the link below.
The email address you used to purchase your product(s) will be your username/email to access your Stripe account. If you have forgotten your password you will be able to reset it from the Stripe log in page. We do not have access to your passwords.
Once logged in you will be able to manage your account, billing and subscription(s). And of course, if you have any questions please use our Knowledge base or contact us.
If you have lost or forgotten the password for any product feeds you have subscribed to then please email email@example.com for a reminder.
